Returns & Exchanges

At OutdoorSports, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly for every adventure; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your OutdoorSports account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
